Amber is a dedicated yoga teacher with a passion for inner growth and holistic healing. Drawing from her background in massage therapy and wellness, she weaves together science and spirit to create classes that invite depth, connection, and gentle transformation.

Description

Gather with other moms-to-be for an hour of mindful movement. Yoga during pregnancy can: improve your sleep; reduce stress and anxiety; increase strength, flexibility and endurance; and reduce lower back pain, nausea, headaches and shortness of breath. This 60-min Prenatal class will be alternately led by Megan Bennett and Amber Lagace.
