Join Joanne Moore for an afternoon playing with a variety of art materials and activities, mudras, pranayama, and music, culminating in the creation of a colourful collage.

Experience allowing the Spring light in while our inner light shines. Expressive Arts is all about moving inner feelings to outer form.

Collage involves ripping, cutting, gluing, smiling and setting intentions. Inspiration is gained from a variety of text, magazines, paper, stickers, etc.

Art materials will be supplied. You are welcome to dust off and bring your own stash of creative materials and shareable magazines, stickers etc.
