Ease in with this gentle, joyful and mindful approach to yoga. Slow, steady, attentive, discerning movements, to relax and unfurl your limbs like the petals of a lotus flower. This primarily chair-based yoga class emphasizes inner strength, balance and the uniqueness of individual yogis.
