After many years as a dancer, Sarah was drawn to yoga as a way to continue exploring the relationship between movement and mindfulness. Now a registered nurse, she understands the importance of whole-person wellness and connection. Her classes invite a balanced union of body, mind, and spirit — grounded, graceful, and deeply human.
Description
Awaken warmth and energy with a gentle, slow-flowing yang sequence, then soften into yin postures with myofascial release to ease tension, open the body, and restore a sense of calm vitality.
