to Reconnect. Exhale. Soften. Transform.

Join Nicki on Sunday mornings for a gentle yoga practice designed to help you release tension, calm your nervous system, and reconnect with your body. This is a space to soften, move mindfully, and recommit to your self-care practice without pressure or perfection.

Each class weaves together gentle movement, meditation, and breathwork to support rest, presence, and inner connection. On the last Sunday of each month, class will close with a soothing sound bath for an added layer of deep rest and renewal.
