Doing anything with awareness to how you feel is yoga! In Joanne’s class you will practice self awareness while being physically challenged as you play with your edge. This class combines the strength and mobility in a vinyasa flow still set to music. Expect to move, sweat, and breathe.

Happy 3rd Birthday Studio Seven6 Yoga!!! Tonight is Glow Yoga night! Get ready to move, stretch, and strengthen to the 70’s 🕺🏼for our birthday. Be sure to stick around after class for food and cake!
Monday nights are strength nights at Studio Seven6 Yoga! Meet us in the studio and on the mat for Power Yoga Sculpt.
The class combines a traditional yoga flow with added strength for the upper and lower body, as well as the core. Instructor may have you use weights, bands, sliders, and/or blocks.
Normal studio temperature and bring water!
