I offer a safe and inclusive space to practice Yoga for EveryBODY. I offer Hatha style slow-flow mat-based Yoga classes, with adaptations to make the practice accessible for different levels of ability. Come to my classes to connect with the present moment and nourish your bodies and souls with gentle movements coupled with pranayama, meditation, chanting and Yoga philosophy. Yoga helps to restore wellbeing, support the nervous system, improve joint health and mobility, and promote spiritual growth.

Description

A slow-flow mat-based practice. A class mindfully crafted to nourish and restore your energy over this winter, by interweaving asana (poses), pranayama (breathwork), meditation and yoga philosophy. Come as you are – bring plenty of props (yoga mat, blocks/thick books, bolster/pillows, eye covering, blanket or folded towel, strap or thin scarf).

24-HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY Because your appointment time has been reserved especially for you, students are required to give Charmaine a minimum of 24 hours’ notice when cancelling an appointment, at which time the appointment can be rescheduled at no charge. Sessions cancelled with less than a 24-hour notice will be charged the full session rate.
