Carolyn Behr was invited by a friend to try Tai Chi in 2014. What began in the spirit of fun grew into a a deeply gratifying lifestyle. She has studied under grandmasters and holds a teaching certificate in Evidence-Based Qigong from Grandmaster Yang Yang. She enjoys sharing the benefits of this life-enhancing practice by regularly participating with others and teaching weekly classes.

Description

Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese practice that combines gentle meditative movement and breath work to promote body/mind/spirit wellness. The primary focus is to nuture and enhance one's life-force energy. Some of the benefits may include improved balance, coordination, core strength, quality of sleep and cardio/ respiratory fitness. The practice is safe for anyone of any age. Beginners and experienced practitioners are welcome.
Investment: $10 per class
