Jack Dodds is RYT-200 certified with training in yin, meditation, and yoga for athletes through Yoga Medicine. He enjoys applying anatomical concepts to get the most out of a practice for body and mind. Jack is passionate about creating an inclusive and supportive environment where anyone can explore their practice, deepen their connection to themselves, and carry yoga's benefits beyond the mat.

A slow, deeply grounding practice focused on long-held, mostly floor-based postures that gently target the connective tissues of the body. With the support of breath and stillness, this class invites you to soften, release tension, and quiet the nervous system. Suitable for all levels, Yin Yoga offers space to slow down, turn inward, and leave feeling nourished, calm, and deeply relaxed.
