A warm welcome to my gentle morning yoga flow class. Each week we will focus on mobility and how certain poses along with the effective use of the breath can increase your mobility.

We will continue to work each week to connect the body, the mind and the breath. We always begin with a warm up sequence, especially important in the morning class. We will warm our way up to our peak poses and work our way down to the bliss of your last posture...Savasana.

I want you to leave my class fresh, free and just that little bit lighter.
