Description
Warm Flow to Restore is a gentler Vinyasa style, breath-led practice in a warmly heated space (28°C), designed to build strength, release tension, and guide you into deep relaxation. Begin with grounding, catching your breath and a considered warm-up before moving through a mindful, flowing sequence that cultivates stability, strength and ease.
As the practice slows, we settle into 20 minutes of restorative yoga and Yoga Nidra, allowing the warmth to support your body in unwinding fully.
This class balances movement and stillness, leaving you feeling both refreshed and deeply restored.
Gentle Vinyasa is a softer, more accessible version of traditional Vinyasa yoga. It still follows the core principles of breath-synchronized movement, but with a slower pace, mindful transitions, and less intensity.
Key Features of Gentle Vinyasa:
✅ Slow, Steady Flow – Moves with the breath but avoids rapid or complex transitions.
✅ Accessible Strength & Stability – Builds strength in a way that supports the body without strain.
✅ Mindful & Grounding – Encourages presence, self-awareness, and deep connection to breath.
✅ Balanced Effort & Ease – Creates warmth and energy before softening into relaxation.
It's perfect for those who enjoy movement but want a more nurturing and sustainable approach.
* All of Michelle's classes welcome beginners.
