It’s that time of year for a cosy, relaxing candle lit hour just for you. Come and switch off as we find a slower pace, stretching out your body and letting the mind pause. Without pressure, we’ll learn to slow into the winter pace.

This class will be warm so the floors will be heated to help you stretch out all of the muscle and fascia that keep our bodies mobile and moving in everyday life as we take time to take care of ourselves.

Herbal teas will be ready and waiting for you when you arrive as we prepare to sink into a relaxed state of body and mind.
