Description
Due to the storm, tonight’s Friday Evening Wind Down class will take place online. This gentle Hatha yoga session is perfect for releasing the week’s tension and easing into a calm, grounded weekend from the comfort of your home.
We’ll move through a sequence of gentle stretches and mindful poses, focusing on connection with the breath and cultivating ease in the body. The class will end with an extended relaxation to leave you feeling deeply rested and restored.
Props are optional—if you have a blanket or cushion nearby, feel free to use them for extra comfort during relaxation.
