Nurture and Rest – A Gentle Prenatal Wind-Down

A soothing Friday evening practice designed to support you from 12 weeks of pregnancy onwards. Nurture and Rest is a blend of gentle movement, breathwork, and deep relaxation, offering you the space to unwind, connect with your changing body, and prepare for the weeks ahead.

This class provides a safe, nurturing environment to ease tension, improve sleep, and foster a sense of calm for both you and your baby. Using supportive props and mindful practices, you’ll leave feeling rested, restored, and deeply cared for.

Suitable for all trimesters from 12 weeks. No prior yoga experience needed.
