A feel-good 45 minute fusion of mindful movement and low-impact strength. This 4-week rotating series is designed to help you build confidence, support your body, and feel strong—inside and out.
Each week has a different focus—core, lower body, full body, or upper strength—but you can jump in at any time. Whether you're just getting started or looking to add a little tone to your flow, this class meets you where you are.
Expect yoga flows paired with mindful, strong movement & strength…and the option to use small weights (like 1.kg) to gently build power and stability.
