A feel good 45minute fusion of mindful movement and low impact strength designed to help you feel strong, supported and steady.

Expect mini flowing sequences that build heat and focus, paired with yoga strength work using handheld yoga balls and light (1kg) weights. Each class finishes with grounding floorbased core work to leave you centred and strong…inside and out.
