A 45 minute strengthening yoga practice designed to build steadiness in both body and mind.

This class blends strong, intentional flows with balance work and core focused postures to develop deep, functional strength.

Drawing on principles from postnatal yoga training, movements are taught with awareness and control, supporting stability from the inside out.

Expect mindful transitions, moments of challenge and the space to connect with your breath and focus. This is not about rushing, but about building strength through presence.

You’ll leave feeling stronger, more grounded, and mentally clear.
