Restorative Yoga
This is your permission slip to slow right down.
Restorative yoga is a deeply nourishing practice designed to soothe the nervous system, calm the mind, and gently support the body through stillness and rest. We’ll use plenty of props—bolsters, blankets, blocks (whatever you’ve got!)—to help you feel held and supported in every pose, so you can let go fully and just be.
Expect long holds, soft lighting, and a quiet space to reconnect with yourself. There’s no effort here, no pushing or pulling—just breath, presence, and rest. Perfect if you’re feeling frazzled, overwhelmed, or just in need of a proper reset.
Suitable for all bodies and all levels—including absolute beginners. You don’t need to be flexible or “good at yoga” to rest. Just come as you are.
