Nurture & Rebuild – Postnatal Yoga for Strength & Recovery
A gentle yet empowering postnatal yoga class designed for mums from 8 weeks postpartum (or 12 weeks after a C-section), focusing on core strength, pelvic floor recovery, and full-body restoration. Nurture & Rebuild is a space just for you—to move, breathe, and reconnect with yourself beyond the demands of motherhood.
Through mindful movement, breathwork, and deep relaxation, this class supports healing, improves posture, and helps rebuild confidence in your body. Whether you’re easing back into movement or looking to regain strength, modifications are provided to meet you where you are.
Most importantly, Nurture & Rebuild is a space for community—a chance to connect with other mums, share experiences, and take time just for you. No pressure, no expectations—just a welcoming environment where you can move, rest, and restore at your own pace.
