Ease into the end of your week with a grounding and revitalising Hatha practice. This class invites you to slow down, reconnect, and move with intention, helping you transition into the weekend with a fresh mindset.

Begin with a breathwork practice (pranayama) to support balance and clarity, followed by a mindful warm-up to enhance mobility. Flow through steady, confidence-building sequences in our intimate, welcoming space, moving seamlessly from one pose to the next.

We’ll close with a deeply restorative Savasana and Yoga Nidra, allowing you to settle fully into rest. Expect to leave feeling centred, refreshed, and ready to embrace the weekend ahead.
