Yoga Nidra & Reiki: A Journey of Relaxation and Healing with Michelle (yoga Nidra) & Marion (Reiki)

Join us for a deeply restorative 75 minute session combining the calming practices of Yoga Nidra and Reiki.

Yoga Nidra (often called “yogic sleep”) is a guided meditation that leads you into a state of deep relaxation, where your body rests while your mind stays alert. This practice promotes healing, reduces stress, and restores balance to your nervous system.

Reiki is an energy healing technique that uses gentle touch or the hands hovering over the body to channel healing energy. During the session, Marion will offer individual Reiki treatments while you relax in your Nidra practice, helping to release any blockages and promote overall wellness.

After the session, enjoy a cup of tea, a card pull, and a chance to connect and reflect with the group. This intimate class is limited to 8 participants, ensuring a personalised experience for all.
