Ease into a new week with this deeply nourishing, restorative class. We’ll begin with gentle breathwork and soft movement to release tension from the body and mind, before settling into longer, prop-supported holds that invite complete relaxation. Class closes with a 15-minute guided Yoga Nidra — a restful meditation designed to leave you feeling calm, grounded, and restored.
