Nurture | Prenatal Yoga

A supportive and empowering prenatal yoga class designed for parents-to-be from 12 weeks of pregnancy onwards. Led by a fully trained and insured instructor, Nurture offers gentle yet effective movements to ease sore hips, relieve common pregnancy aches, and build strength for birth.

Through flowing movement, breathwork, and relaxation techniques, you'll learn positions to support labor and develop tools to help you breathe through pregnancy’s physical and emotional shifts. Most importantly, this class fosters a sense of community, connecting you with others on the same journey in a safe, nurturing space.

No prior yoga experience is needed—just come as you are and move in a way that feels good for you and your growing baby.
