Wise Ones – Body Clock Flow | A supportive yoga class for mature women seeking a gentler pace.
Move in rhythm with your body’s natural energy.
This 45 minute practice invites you to slow down, listen inward, and move in a way that supports your body and nervous system. Inspired by the Wise Ones approach by Julie Hanson, this flow honours the body’s natural rhythms, blending gentle strength, fluid movement, and moments of stillness.
Rather than pushing or forcing, we build gradually…allowing the breath to guide the pace and the body to lead the way. Expect mindful sequences, balance work, and grounding postures designed to restore energy, improve strength, and create a sense of calm from within.
Each class offers space to reconnect, regulate, and leave feeling more balanced, steady, and at ease.
Suitable if you are able to come up and down from the Yoga Mat however a chair will be available for our meditation.
Options are always offered, and you are encouraged to move in a way that feels right for you.
