Mid Week Stretch & Reset
A 90 minute pop up class designed to help you soften, stretch…let go midweek.
Expect slow, flowy yoga with longer holds to create an active stretch through the body, helping to ease tension, improve mobility and melt away some of that built up tightness from the week.
We’ll then settle into a !!20 minute!! Yoga Nidra rest, giving you space to fully switch off, reset your nervous system and soak up a proper moment of calm.
A lovely midweek exhale for body and mind.
