Nurture and Nestle – Yoga &Movement for You & Baby... Yoga for Mum & Yoga/Massage for Baby.

A soothing and supportive yoga class designed for you and your baby (from 8 or 12 weeks to pre-crawling). Nurture and Nestle offers gentle movement, breathwork, and relaxation to help you reconnect with your body while holding space for your little one—whether they’re sleeping, rolling, or happily babbling beside you.

This is a welcoming, go-with-the-flow practice where you can move, rest, and bond in a way that feels right for both of you. There’s no expectation for babies to be still—simply bring them as they are and enjoy a nurturing space to move, cuddle, and unwind together.

Suitable from 8 weeks post partum (12 weeks csection). No prior yoga experience needed.

Please bring anything you wish for baby... a blanket, toys, feeding equipment (breast or bottle).

The Studio doesn't have pram parking space, please bring baby in their car seat or sling/wrap.

Hot Mat Pilates (45-Minute Class)

Step onto the mat and feel the warmth embrace you in our Hot Mat Pilates class—a dynamic, low-impact workout designed to strengthen, lengthen, and tone your body. The added element of heat enhances the classic Pilates experience, allowing your muscles to relax and stretch more deeply, while also increasing circulation and promoting detoxification through gentle sweating.

In this 45-minute session, you’ll flow through precise movements that focus on core stability, alignment, and controlled breathing, all guided by expert instruction. The heat not only aids flexibility but also helps reduce the risk of injury, making this class suitable for both beginners and seasoned practitioners.

Expect to leave feeling empowered, centered, and invigorated, with a deep sense of connection to your body and breath. Whether you’re looking to build strength, improve posture, or simply enjoy a mindful movement practice, Hot Mat Pilates offers a unique and transformative experience.

A fun & fiery HOT vinyasa style flow - a knowledge of yoga would be beneficial however modifications will be given. The most important thing about a hot class is staying in the room and adjusting to the heat even if you need to take child’s pose or savasana to regulate your breathing 💗

Please wear comfortable clothing and a small towel. It will be sweaty :) Try to ensure you hydrate before and after class and bring water to class.

Suitable for beginners and advanced alike, modifications and variations will be provided to suit your own unique ability.
Ending with a yoga nidra meditation, you will leave feeling reset, grounded and revitalised.

Ease into a new week with this deeply nourishing, restorative class. We’ll begin with gentle breathwork and soft movement to release tension from the body and mind, before settling into longer, prop-supported holds that invite complete relaxation. Class closes with a 15-minute guided Yoga Nidra — a restful meditation designed to leave you feeling calm, grounded, and restored.

Join Leanne on the mat for a relaxing candlelit floor based class where we will move our bodies slowly and purposefully creating more space and harmony within the body.
Suitable for beginners and advanced alike, this class is completely floor based so we don’t get on our feet at all. Lots of long, deep stretching for a full nervous system reset.
Ending with a yoga nidra meditation, you will leave feeling reset, grounded and revitalised.

Chair Yoga is a low impact yoga session using the chair to sit on or for balance.

Caz’s class provides a safe and supportive environment to help develop strength and flexibility, as well as promote restoration and relaxation.

You’ll work at your own pace, stretching and strengthening the body. We’ll include breathwork and end with a relaxing meditation. We might use blocks, bands or light weights.

We can chat about your goals and what you’d like to get out of the class and I’ll guide you and help you get there.

A slow yet rejuvenated flow to start your week off right. We will go on a journey of breathwork, and build up the body in a vinyasa flow, cooling down before we enter into a yoga nidra together. Building in the heat we will move our body deeper
