Hi! I’m Ellie! I’m a passionate, loving, nurturing, creative, and fun loving kind of gal! I always make time for anyone who needs to talk, no matter how busy I am. My passions that I practice daily are cooking from scratch, singing, dancing, and yoga. All of these passions, except yoga, found me around the age of 4. My mom introduced me to Hatha yoga when I was 11. A year later, she found a cabaret belly dancing class that we could do together. I couldn’t help but immediately fall in love with both yoga and belly dancing. Throughout the decades, I have always been happy to guide people who have shown interest in learning specific asanas or belly dancing moves. In my first 200hr yoga teacher training course, during a 1 on 1 practice teaching session, I noticed my partner was interested in learning how to do a body roll. So I figured out a way to incorporated that into the yoga practice. It’s always fun to go with the flow!

Michael has been practicing yoga for over 10 years and has completed three 200 Yoga teacher trainings. With roots in Ashtanga yoga, he combines inspiration from many areas. He enjoys hiking, traveling, seeing live music and taking landscape photography in his free time. His classes will be challenging but also suitable for all levels with modifications being offered. This dance is for everyone! It's about celebrating your body and most importantly having fun! It's a fun way to strengthen muscles, improve mobility, and work on balance. Come get connected to your body and learn the different ways you can make it move. We will work on learning/ practicing all the different isolations, snaky moves, and shimmies..! At the end of each class we will link the different moves we learned that day together into a short choreographed dance.

Hi! I’m Ellie! I’m a passionate, loving, nurturing, creative, and fun loving kind of gal! I always make time for anyone who needs to talk, no matter how busy I am. My passions that I practice daily are cooking from scratch, singing, dancing, and yoga. All of these passions, except yoga, found me around the age of 4. My mom introduced me to Hatha yoga when I was 11. A year later, she found a cabaret belly dancing class that we could do together. I couldn’t help but immediately fall in love with both yoga and belly dancing. Throughout the decades, I have always been happy to guide people who have shown interest in learning specific asanas or belly dancing moves. In my first 200hr yoga teacher training course, during a 1 on 1 practice teaching session, I noticed my partner was interested in learning how to do a body roll. So I figured out a way to incorporated that into the yoga practice. It’s always fun to go with the flow!

Restorative yoga encourages deep rest and relaxation of the mind, body, and spirit. This style of practice is done at a slow pace with long holds, slow movements, and deep breathing. It is a practice where you can slow down, notice what is happening in your body, fully support your needs, and give yourself the space and compassion to to heal, to rest, and reset the self to whatever is in alignment with your highest good. We use an assortment of props to support the body and guide you into deeper surrender in each pose. We welcome you to come as you are and join us on this important journey of deep relaxation and rest.

Dharma teachings woven within. A longer meditation (than in Monday’s Embodied
Flow class) and sweet little mantra practice are also included. This is a practice to meet your truest self- the one beyond your masks, your pain,
your coping mechanisms and your past. We weave a deep flow and meditative
holds with an essence of somatic embodiment for a truly transformative practice.
This is a meeting between soul and body so you experience the essence of yoga:
a union of your consciousness and your sacred body temple.
