Chelsea is a seasoned Pilates instructor with a lifelong dedication to movement and strength training. From her early beginnings in ballet at the age of five to her adolescent years spent immersed in dance, Chelsea's journey has been defined by her love for physical expression. However, it was her transition to yoga that truly ignited her passion for holistic movement and mind-body connection.Driven by a desire to combine strength training with enjoyment and connection, Chelsea found her calling in Pilates core movement.
