Maureen will lead you through a dynamic yoga flow class . This week we will focus on a strong core to build strength and flexibility in the spine.
Expect lots of mindful twisting & stretching whilst finding stability. We will focus on breathing techniques to activate our bodies innate ability to move with ease. Building strength , flexibility and stability without strain.
