Claire will lead you through Yin yoga at a slow and quiet pace, where postures are held for longer. She will encourage you to listen to your own body , offer alternative postures, soothing your body and mind with a deeply restorative class that nurtures healing and rest.
In Yin yoga each pose is held for 3 minutes or longer and generally targets the connective tissue of the hips, pelvis and lower spine.
Yin yoga is a perfect complement to a dynamic practice and an antidote to urban life, or an extremely subtle and profound practice on its own.
