Join Maryjane and Jan as they team up to guide you to mindfulness on World Meditation Day. The practice begins in silence as Jan leads a guided meditation for an intention of internal peace. Maryjane will lead a Vinyasa I class that links the body and mind through movement. We will work through a flowing sequence of mindfulness and purpose. Returning to stillness, Jan provides further guidance for silent meditation to conclude the class. This class is held in a heated room.
