This class is combination of a mindful vinyasa flow to warm the body and redirect the energy and settles in to slow stretching with specific yin poses. Vinyasa yoga is a practice of mindful movement with a connection to deep breathing, leaving the body and mind prepared for the slower pace of yin. Yin yoga is a practice of deep stretching and working with the deeper connective tissue to release long-held tension. A full body experience to energize and calm, this class is for those who are looking for a supportive experience to grow their yoga practice.
