Description
This class is designed for those who are familiar with Vinyasa sequences. Students will have a full body experience with a vinyasa style, linking breath to movement. We will practice flowing sequences with a focus on strength and flexibility. This will be a strong class with lots of core work sprinkled in. In the last portion of class we sink into a yin practice that will increase mobility thorough deep stretching and breath work. This is a75 minute class.
