Open to children in Years 5 to 12. An hour of dynamic strengthening, toning and stretching that takes care of the developing adolescent body-mind. Incorporating breath awareness and mindfulness work that can be applied to stressful exams/test/life times away from here. Adaptations are always applied for students in injury rehabilitation. Please bring your yoga mat or towel to practice on. Doors open from 3:15pm. Classes run in-term only (weeks 2 to 9). Casual attendance accepted only if spaces available. This 1 hour class will guide you into a deeper, more meditative yoga practice. Learn about the 8 Limbs of Yoga and how to live your practice both on and off the mat. Explore gentle meditative movement flows, yogic breathing techniques and short guided and silent meditations. Dress warm and bring a blanket on cooler days for your comfort.

A combination of static poses with the vinyasa flow of Sun Salutations and Dancing Warriors to leave you energised and motivated. Beginner friendly, with some fitness required.

This "quick-fix" session is a great opportunity to step out of the office/home for a mini-reset when time is short in your day. After this express 30 minutes, you will leave refreshed and ready to dive into whatever comes next! Suitable for all levels. Class starts 11:30am sharp, allow a few minutes to check in before this time. Please bring your mat or a towel.

We prioritise YOUR healing process, and the changes and challenges that come with being post-partum. Suitable up until baby is super mobile. Please bring a floor covering to place baby on, and their favourite toys. You are welcome to bring the pram into the studio alongside you too.
