An Aerostep class is a high-energy aerobic exercise session that uses a step platform as the main piece of equipment. In the class, you’ll follow a series of choreographed routines set to upbeat music — moving on, off, and around the step in sync with the beat. It’s fun, lively, and designed to get your heart rate up while you burn calories and tone muscles.
