Meeting at the Long House, Fresh Water East, Pembroke for a special two hour yoga and singing bowl event. Lets celebrate another year of life with a post class lunch! There will be time for a walk on the beautiful beach after the class too.
The first hour will be vinyasa and the second half will include calming yoga poses and finish with a full body relaxation to the singing bowls soundscape.
Price reflects the yoga class only, you will need to pay for your own lunch and refreshments.
