Lazy yoga is a two hour experience the first half is the slowest yoga flow possible, I mean glacially slow!!! 😂😂😂Which means there is plenty of time to have adjustments, try alternatives, rest in child and generally slowly wake your network. this approach works well on the facial tissues network.
Second half will be the restorative style session where the term lazy really comes into its own! Spend an entire hour moving through no more than several yoga poses, all laying down or sitting. Flop over a bolster or two and enjoy the benefits of profound relaxation on your entire system. Class ends with full body relaxation and sound bath with singing bowls.
Attend 1st or 2nd half of the session or both.
