Take a 1 hour class over 4 weeks to totally tune in to your inner world. You will be guided through non-physical yoga practices including easy style meditation, develop your relationship to your breath using pranayama exercises, learn how to relax your body and enjoy yogic sleep known as Yoga Nidra. This class will help you to develop new skills or practice existing ones and is ideal for all.
