Your body and your breath are always in the present moment. The eternal state of stability is already present in YOU! Using the breath and the body it is also possible to stabilize the mind and realize present moment awareness.
Connect to states of stability present in your body through grounding and strengthening poses. Using the breath as a vehicle for life giving force, students will learn and experience a 2-3 pranayama practices. Sessions will always include full relaxation and short periods of sitting meditation. Relaxation in savasana (pronounced sha-vas-ana), allows the practitioner explore and cultivate altered states of consciousness....and yes, that might be deeply relaxed body states as well as mental restfulness and calm.
Runs for 4 weeks
