Join Shalyn for this healing session and take a tour of your chakra system. Become familiar with each chakra and learn to recognize if a chakra is over or under active. You will be guided through a chakra meditation while being engulfed in the sounds of each corresponding crystal sound bowl. At the end of the guided meditation you will sink into the sounds of the bowls. You will have plenty of time to soak up the healing frequencies of the crystal sound bowls in this session. This session will be the same each week.

We will hold each posture for a longer period of time in this class, really focusing on building and unleashing our inner power. Bending and twisting out stuck energy so that our breath can flow freely throughout our entire body.

Each class will be unique and we will explore different topics. We will share in conversation and have a lot of laughs. This class is great for all levels, especially beginners, because questions and conversation are encouraged during class. This class will build your knowledge of yoga, build your strength, increase your flexibility in both your body and your mind, increase your mobility, reduce your stress and support you in becoming your favourite version of yourself. Join Geneve and Shalyn on your mat for this dynamic class combining the relaxation of restorative yoga with the healing energy of reiki. Tap into your parasympathetic nervous system and rest. Restorative yoga is a passive, meditative form of yoga that allows you to focus on your breath while releasing tension in your body. Here you will hold the postures for an extended period of time, but you will be supported with a number of props. While you are holding the postures you will receive reiki.

This is an exciting new offering! This class will be split into two offerings. The first 30 mins of class will be dedicated to exploring different modalities like chair yoga, meditation and sound bowls. Each class will be unique and each class will be done using a chair. You will never be required to sit on the floor.

The second part of the class will be a chance for you to mingle with the other people in class. There will be tea and goodies available.

This class is great for meeting new people and exploring a number of healing modalities in the comfort of a chair.

You can expect sound bowls, tuning forks and different drums to also be used and explored in this class. You may even get the opportunity to play some of these instruments yourself too!

Join Shalyn for this Men’s Only Yin and Plunge class and discover the power of yoga and perhaps the missing link in your wellness practice. The practice of Yin will keep you mobile so that you can continue to do all of the things you love like lifting weights, running, hiking, etc. Yin is the companion that everyone needs.

We will begin our class by focusing on community and connection. We will talk about various subjects, perhaps pull cards and engage in meaningful discussions. Everyone will be seen and heard here. Connection off the mat is just as important as your time on your mat; therefore you will have plenty of time to connect with the other men in class through meaningful conversation after class.

After class take a cold plunge! This is optional but highly recommended as an excellent companion to your yin practice.

Tyler will guide you through the process including any trauma release that may result from the plunge. Therefore, please know that you are safe and supported here. In addition, you will have ample time to allow your body to warm up naturally after your plunge as you have the entire cold plunge room to yourself for an hour. This is a great couples or friend activity as this session will be done in groups of two.

This class will begin with a guided meditation followed by a symphony of sounds and frequency. We have an incredible room where you will feel the frequency of each bowl. The sound and frequency does not get lost in our space. Sound bowls in our studio is an experience you cannot get in a large room.
