You’ll be guided through simple, mindful sequences that link breath with movement, with clear cues and time to explore each pose. Expect an emphasis on alignment, stability, and smooth transitions, with options offered throughout. This class is ideal if you’re new to vinyasa, returning after a break, or looking for a steady, grounding practice that still leaves you feeling energised and present.
