Hi, I’m Ariel! 🧘♀️ I moved to Colorado from New York March 2025.
I’ve been practicing yoga for over 15 years as a way to connect with my roots and cultural heritage.
As a child who underwent brain surgeries, I had to overcome physical challenges. Yoga later became my anchor—helping me heal and discover my true calling. I’m passionate about sharing yoga’s transformative power and inspiring others to believe in their own potential, no matter their abilities.
Description
This class combines postures with breath & intentional focus. Open to everyone & anyone, we come together to practice being in our bodies, improving our breath & mastering our minds. This class is movement-based and will combine dynamic and static postures to help build strength as well as flexibility. Each class will include breathwork, a philosophical focus, and time to practice stilling the mind with short guided meditations.
