Hi, I’m Ariel! 🧘‍♀️ I moved to Colorado from New York March 2025. I’ve been practicing yoga for over 15 years as a way to connect with my roots and cultural heritage. As a child who underwent brain surgeries, I had to overcome physical challenges. Yoga later became my anchor—helping me heal and discover my true calling. I’m passionate about sharing yoga’s transformative power and inspiring others to believe in their own potential, no matter their abilities.

A calming Gentle Vinyasa Flow designed to soothe the body and mind through mindful movement and breath. This class offers a slow-paced, fluid sequence that links breath with gentle, accessible poses to build strength, flexibility, and balance. Perfect for all levels, especially those looking to unwind, cultivate awareness, and restore energy. Each session includes mindful transitions, deliberate breath work, and a peaceful closing meditation or Savasana to leave you feeling grounded and refreshed.
