Description
This is an All Levels class and Beginner-friendly. Yin is the cool, lunar, passive aspect of the Yoga asana (posture) practice. Asanas are held for 3-10 minutes to allow the denser layers of the body to unwind. Yin opens the connective tissues versus the muscles and allows practitioners to experience greater range of motion and flexibility. This class is a perfect compliment to a Power Vinyasa or Ashtanga yoga practice and great for anyone who sits or stands during their day.
