Description

This class is good for all levels, and balances our yin and yang sides physically and mentally. Expect 30-40 minutes of challenging standing postures paired with Vinyasa style flow sequences, followed by 20-30 delicious minutes of deep stretching and slow restorative postures. We will balance dynamic, fluid movement with immersion into relaxing poses with deep holds. This class is perfect to slow down and prepare for sleep or to enjoy a well-deserved relaxation after a long day.

Flow to Restore is an intentional, mindful practice, which allows you to create the space to really connect with yourself physically, emotionally and mentally.
