Unwind and relax in this special class designed for relaxation and down-regulating the nervous system.

Yin is the cool, lunar, passive aspect of asana practice compared to the yang aspect of dynamic flow. Yin Yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga that focuses on holding passive postures for extended periods, typically 3-5 minutes. The practice targets the deep connective tissues, such as ligaments, tendons, and fascia, promoting flexibility and joint mobility. It encourages relaxation and mindfulness, helping to cultivate a meditative state and a deep sense of inner calm.

“Yogic Sleep” or Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation technique that brings the body into deep rest while maintaining awareness in the mind. It’s used to reduce stress, improve sleep, and support mental clarity through systematic relaxation.
