Women’s Day Sacred Feminine Flow and Chanting
Join our special March 8th class where we will celebrate the goddess energy of Shakti. Through a creative vinyasa flow, this class will connect you to your own life force and power. We will move through both slower, softer poses as well as dynamic, strength building poses to explore the many sides of feminine energy. We will close with chanting to yoga goddesses such as Kali, Durga, Lakshmi and Saraswati.
