This 90-minute Yin to Yang yoga practice offers a balanced journey from stillness to dynamic movement and back to deep inner peace. The class begins with 30 minutes of Yin yoga, inviting students to settle into long-held, floor-based postures that gently open the hips, spine, and shoulders, promoting deep release and introspection. As the body softens and the mind quiets, the practice gradually transitions into 40 minutes of Yang-style movement—fluid, breath-connected sequences designed to build heat, strength, and vitality. The final 20 minutes are devoted to deep relaxation in savasana and seated chanting, using sacred sound and vibration to center awareness, open the heart, and integrate the energetic shifts of the practice.

*This class is LIMITED for those with a regular practice (2-3x per week) of 6 months.
