This special class brings together the calming stillness of Yin-inspired openings and the vital flow of smooth Yang transitions in one harmonious practice, designed to balance body and mind in a grounded way and also to cultivate both release and vitality.
Pranayama & Chanting offer a journey into presence and inner balance by harmonizing the facial muscles with the throat, heart, and belly — fostering a deep connection between breath, voice, and emotion.
Body Tapping and Massage Practice
In this session, we’ll explore body tapping, self-massage, and partner massage techniques to release deep tension from the scapula, middle, and upper trapezius areas — places where we often store stress and emotional weight in modern life. Through mindful touch and awareness, we’ll soften these holding patterns and invite a sense of lightness, relaxation, and renewed vitality.
Meditation with Props
We’ll explore seated meditation using props to support a comfortable posture for everyone, even those who find traditional sitting challenging.
