Experience a strong yet mindful Slow Vinyasa Flow designed to build heat, strength, stability, and focus through intentional movement and breath-led transitions. While the pace is slower, the practice is still challenging, allowing time to deepen into postures, refine alignment, and cultivate endurance with control and awareness. Class will gradually wind down into Yoga Nidra, a guided meditation practiced lying down that promotes deep rest and nervous system recovery. Expect a balanced experience of effort and release—leaving you feeling grounded, challenged, and deeply restored.
